Ne sono autori ancora ON4WW e ON4UN (SK), il Signore delle Bande Basse, personalit\u00e0 di primissimo piano a livello mondiale nei settori Contest e DX.&nbsp;<\/p><p>L\u2019iniziativa di John e Mark stata portata all\u2019attenzione dell\u2019Administrative Council, organo supremo della IARU, che nel 2008 ha dato il proprio benestare ufficiale. Insomma, questo manuale a tutti gli effetti \u201cla bibbia\u201d IARU per quanto concerne la condotta da seguire e la pratica operativa da mettere in atto sulle bande radioamatoriali.<\/p><p>\u201c<b>Etica e procedure operative per il radioamatore<\/b>\u201d pu\u00f2 essere distribuito liberamente, fermo restando che non venga alterato in alcuna sua parte.
